What an emotional roller coaster Olympic Lifting can be! 😅
Finished off today’s training with 45kg C&J PB (Bodyweight 52kg), I can see my legs could have had more distance, also my press wasn’t the smoothest... 🏋🏻♀️ Just gets me thinking, once I have the correct techniques drilled in and my confidence continues to grows on the platform, what kind of numbers will I be hitting?! 🤔🤭

Eating out can be really stressful when your dieting, especially if the restaurant your going to has no nutritional information at all 😫.
Today I tried a new restaurant @cleomiddleeast. I loved the food but I couldn’t find any nutritional info for their dishes. But I could find similar style restaurants that do have nutritional info I can use 👌🏻. I tried to over estimate on the portions/calories to give me a bit of a buffer. I estimated half of this lot (as I was sharing) was 1,505 calories and then added in on 10% (insurance).
Don’t miss out on enjoyable social situations just because your dieting, life is way to short.
