As simple as the word β€˜detox’ is, I know it’s hard to execute! You have to really be relaxed and fix your mind on the end goal - feeling at ease... Simple things like drinking warm water regularly throughout the day will help flush toxins, hydrate your system and fire up your metabolism!

Porrdige! The best morning fuel a person could eat! You can never be too busy for porridge, it’s one of those breakfast options that takes max 5 mins and can keep your belly at bay!

Porridge contains slow releasing complex carbohydrates in its oats so as your energy levels are kept up, so is your concentration because your mind isn’t focused on food lol!

🀳🏾I've totally come out of the habit of capturing my cooking now, as it's too easy to just eat it 🀣 *slaps wrist* πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™€οΈbut as it's #lunchtime it's only right to capture what I'm eating. Believe it or not but I'm having a light lunch today. πŸ’†πŸ½
I've realised that if you actually eat when you're hungry (and not for the sake of it) you'll eat far less than you usually do! πŸ₯™

How do you know when you're hungry (for real)? Well, back track what you have eaten during the day. Have you had a sufficient and satisfying breakfast that has enough protein, vegetables and carbohydrates in it? It's pretty simple... you don't need to eat the whole packet of biscuits between a meal πŸ™„ you know it as well! .

Be prepared for your day! Unconsciously, I believe that we eat because our mind tell us to, but it's time that you control that mind of yours! Have a good meal during the day and pack a few nuts, an oat bar or fruits for the day βœ¨πŸ€˜πŸΎπŸ“πŸŽπŸŒπŸŠπŸ‹πŸ’¦

Manchego cheese is probably my favourite cheese after halloumi & mozarella πŸ˜‹(its the only kind of dairy I still eat tbh) because of its light and smoky flavour. 
Weirdly enough, I have a lot of cheese knowledge after working in Waitrose deli whilst in college, tasting cheese at every shift πŸ§€πŸ€’πŸ˜‚

#Foodfact - tomatoes are a rich source of vitamin C, yes it's not only orange juice that can supply us with vitamin CπŸ™„. It's best to eat tomatoes raw if you can because you don't want to kill the vitamin c, so try toasting lightly or eating fresh!πŸ‘ŒπŸΎπŸ…

Mmmm I created the most yummiest post workout smoothie mug yet! This works so well for me because I'm back on my low carb diet, due to overdoing it these past few months πŸ™ˆ#guilty 
I also don't eat meat anymore, apart from fish so using spirulina daily is essential because it contains 65% protein (more than half a chicken leg)! .

Try it out! It can also be a breakfast:
1 banana
1 tsp of spiruilina
1 tbs of oats
A handful of frozen berries
A cup of hemp milk (add more if you want it thin)

On top I used goji berries, dried coconut and a tbs of organic crunchy @meridianfoods peanut butter 🀀 honestly this combo is banging!!

Yellowfin tuna steak is a great source of omega 3 fatty acid (the good one that contributes to health, lowering cholesterol etcccc)
But black rice is like gold! Thousands of years ago in China they called it the "emperors rice" because only the rich were able to afford the delicacy, which is why we're all eating basmati because you'll never find black rice in Tesco!
Black rice is the only rice that contains antioxidants - the same nutrients that give blueberries & purple grapes their colour/health benefits.πŸ‡ .

It has such a sweet yet sharp kick and the fact that turmeric is a strong antioxidant, it's a plus!
