Put good in, get good out. All too often with chronic pain to really make progress, we need to step back and see the person. Discussing nutrition and sleep habits is often the missing puzzle piece when treating someone living with persistent/chronic pain. I recently evaluated someone with about 20 painful body parts. Is that a pain problem or a brain problem??? We spent a hour talking on our first day. Listening to her story helped me develop a specific plan for her that was very different than her previous therapy. I am excited to see where this goes! #chronicpain#opioids#tryingsomethingnew

Usually I have a hit of espresso this time of the day but today I'm trying out Turkish coffee☕😊.. My friend told me that you can see the quality of the coffee by its foam on top and assuming one prepares it correctly 😎

Legs and chest. I like to keep things fun and interesting when it comes to my workouts. You don't allways need to do the same exercise every week since your body needs the variation. Even tho it might sound like "broscience" it works for many people, so do whatever you feel like and listen to your body 😊
But realy my knees just hurt too much from my first heavy leg day so only did 1 exercise for legs, the squats ofc 💪 Pump was decent but the workout felt like fun definitely trying this change in my future workouts😊
For a while now i have wanted to start drawing again and the other night i had this idea in my head. Why not see what its like to use drawing, painting and wool together this is my outcome. A painting for my little girl for her room. But with a wool heart shaped balloon and petals and stems for the flowers i made. She is really happy with it i must say i am too. Now my boys want spider man and iron man ones 😊
