Sharing a bit of my fitness journey on the blog this week! Also letting you in on some of the best places for affordable workout leggings and shoes 🙋🏻♀️ My favorite workout kicks as you can see are @nike 💞 I’m walking 3-4.5 miles a day, five days a week and these 👟 are the comfiest to wear. Since exercising out doors my mind has been so much more calm. Also my legs look more toned from walking up hills. Check your local listings for discounted pies and pizzas! Unfortunately, I don’t have any pie to offer you in commending this day, but I do have my favorite fruits! Who wants to eat greasy, fatty carbs when you can have vitamins, fibers, and antioxidants? Doesn’t that sound healthy? Alright, Ugh that sounds too healthy. Writing this is making me crave for carbs. I love carbs btw! I’m going to make a trip to @wholefoods for their $3.14 discounted pies and pizzas!
