I never expected to love this place. Not the scenery, not the people, not anything. But here I am sitting on my lunch break at work thinking about how I’d love to be back here getting a sulfur mud bath or racing downhill on a rickety glorified skate board with sketchy brakes with a couple good friends😂❤️😅
Lupine Flower, New Zealand - I was inspired to post this after seeing local photographer’s @hollysisson’s shot, go check it out! Although more of my new stuff is digital, i will never get over the look of 35mm film.
Mount Cook National Park. 🌱 •
Currently we are in Bali for a bit relaxing, (try to learn) surfing, preparing for our next destinations and sorting out some photos. This was just 1 week ago in incredible New Zealand! 🖤
DAY 12: TONGARIRO
Early start today for the big hike! We set off very early in the gathering light, starting through fields of heather and following the climb upwards right underneath Mt. Ngauruhoe, more commonly known as Mt. Doom! On reaching the top of the pass, we had a spectacular view looking down on the Emerald Lakes and, except for a few skids and slips on the long descent, we made it back to Taupo in one piece
Apparently Lake Matheson is one of most Photographed lakes in NZ because of its mirror reflection of Mt Cook and Mt Tasman. Sadly the weather wasn't playing game on this day ☔️🏔🇳🇿
