Some cities are best toured on foot, but bicycle is a delightful way to see Tucson AZ. Jimmy from Tucson Bike Tours showed us around his town on these cruisers. The 11-mile tour took us to places such as the hotel where Dillinger was captured and the Southern Pacific Railway Station. We even stopped to spend a little time witnessing a reenactment at a 18th Century Spanish fort.
Throw back to a wild ride in Russia, but I’ll get to that in a minute. This imposing red-brick palace, houses the State Historical Museum. Found in Red Square this is one of the main tourist attractions in Moscow. With the help of artists, historians and even philosophers, Alexander III ordered the museum built in 1872 and is filled with gems from Russias turbulent past. .
I visited Russia back in ‘06 and was lucky to be travelling with my friend Boris who was fluent in the language. This came in handy when we were almost robbed in Red Square by the Police. Earlier in that day we were warned that officers were requesting to see foreigners passports, and then demanding hundreds of euros in order to return them. In Russia it is law that you must carry your passport, and if found without it you could go to jail. So, when stopped by the police ourselves my friend Boris was able to talk us out of a potential scam by pretending our passports were at being held at the hotel, and if they wanted to see them they would have to escort us back. We were threatened with jail time and fines but after 30 minutes they finally decided to give up and let us go. Boris got a number of free drinks that night. More wild Russia stories to come 🇷🇺
recounts this stunning moment: "Being inside a cave underwater on a single breath of air both terrifies and exhilarates me. Here is @aliciaunderwater showing how calm and relaxed she is in these conditions even when the swell is building and the waves start tossing us around inside the caves.” 💙
I grew up knowing that I wanted to have a career that I could help other people. That's why I chose to become a nurse. While my career as a nurse has been very fulfilling, there was something missing. I wanted to turn my focus to more of the preventative side of Healthcare. -
That's when I found health and fitness coaching. I'm able to help people be the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. Hopefully preventing things like diabetes, heart disease, and many other ailments that can be caused by not living a healthy lifestyle. It has been overwhelmingly rewarding and something I never imagined myself doing!
If your looking for something else to do with your life, to be the best version of you, and have the desire to help others then why don't you join me! If I can do it so can you and I would be happy to help! -

Joining the crowd at Piazza del Campo in Siena, Italy 😀
🔍How would you spend a sunny day like this?
🌎 #TravelTip : If you are thinking of having lunch at a cafe near a tourist attraction like this piazza, you will definitely be paying a lot more .
1 way to see if you're in a touristy establishment : when there's a host outside the door asking you to come. Any Italian restaurant catering to locals won't have this
There are hidden charges such as table charge, charges for bread, antipasto, digestivo etc so make sure you read the fine print on the menu before you sit down at a table
If I want to enjoy lunch with a view, I would buy a big slice of pizza, sit myself down at the piazza to people watch then head on to the nearest gelato shop for my dessert ❤ @travelistajen
