Goodbye @clublasanta 🙋 & see u soon 😆🙏
🏊🚵🏃 #trainingparadise 😍

Last outdoor bike ride of 2017 behind me today in Calpe, Spain. Now on the way to airport. It was a fantastic training camp and i was glad i had opportunity to spend some time with @quickstep_team thanks to my friend and a great cyclist @petrvakoc
You can experience moments like this: “Thats quiet a cool guy this buddy sitting next to you, he looks somehow familiar... Aha damn thats Phil Gilbert!” Very inspiring to meet great champions and see how easy going characters they can be.🔝👏🚴🏽😉👍💪
The whole year was an interesting experience regarding my bike training and comeback to racing which i plan to be much bigger scale next year. I realized interesting things and emotions thru this experience 🚴🏽😉. When things are driven by passion, ambition and positive emotions, than your full potential in the field of your effort can be reached. Even 200km 7h solo rides in mountains were kinda “energizing” for me, because i was proud of my effort and wanted to do the training effort. Nobody pushed, nobody stressed, nothing of this is needed at all. 👌🙂 A good trainer/coach/manager knows how to fire the right emotions in you. I am lucky i can work with this pretty well and apply it on myself too not only to others. Main goal for 2018 is to keep the positive emotional fire towards cycling and perform on the best possible level. Makes me feel so good when i feel this hunger for hard training. Got inspired by some older extreme training methods from Merckx era and now when my body is much more adapted and trained in cycling training again i cant wait to try them out. 150km hilly solid training + 80km in furious speed behind moto? Cant wait! 🤖🤖😄💪👍🚴🏽 (once a week max, dont worry am not crazy 😉☝️🤣)
Had the most amazing and easy going buddy and training mate here @lukas.lachout @heretowinbrand
His love for training and sport is very big and being surrounded by the right people is one of the most important things too. Thanks for everything bro!
