265kg double and 252.5kg double on the skwaaaats, did a 240kg double before that too. Squats are feeling nice and I sense a big squat incoming in 3 weeks! Bench today felt SO good too! Doubles with 135kg, 142.5kg and 150kg with a single on 157.5kg. Bodyweight still under 100kg!! Consistency is EVERYTHING. 265 was my squat pb less than 12 weeks ago!

8 Shots, 8-10 yards at a 8-10 in steel target (1 follow up shot after you have scanned to re-engage the threat)

Training employing lateral movement techniques should not take place of training for precision. At no point as a LEO should you compromise accuracy for speed. As a guardian of life it is your honor to engage threats to society; however, society expects that you hit what you are aiming for. Work within your skill level and drill the fundamentals. Once you are comfortable with accurately engaging static targets, add movement and move at a realistic speed for your skill level. Remember, the jury does not care how fast your shoot on instagram.

I feel like I’ve been seriously slacking on my social media game lately. 
Sometimes it’s really tough to create content that I think will be relatable or inspiring in someway. It’s even more difficult to do so when I’m lacking inspiration myself. 🤷🏻‍♀️
But today, I did a workout that made me feel STRONG. I ate a breakfast that is going to fuel my body, and I put on an outfit that makes me feel good. 😌
A little effort goes a long way, and I’m here to tell you that taking even the tiniest step toward your goals is deserving of a pat on the back. ✨✨

#transformationtuesday Recognising weakness- I just want to keep improving! Tried to find some similar posing images to make a comparison. Photos on the right 17y/o about a year ish of training and then last comp on left at 22 y/o (near 6 years of training)
Doesn't do myself justice as my back has definitely progressed more than what's shown😅 But it really spurs me on to improve from the rear. Everywhere else improved massively since then (as it should 5 years later 😂) but my back has not improved as much as it should or I believe capable of. I honestly put that down to not training my back properly (letting my arms take over a hell of a lot in movements) or more importantly even having a bit of connection with the muscles targeted.
Go on about it a lot but mind muscle connection is something I've overlooked massively since I started training but when it comes to weaker body parts I think for sure being able to visualise and then activate the muscles you want to target is 🔑 
Take home is that when it comes to bodybuilding or just building muscle-it really is not just *ALL* about lifting weight and being strong!

Again place the lacrosse on the ground bring your leg across and put most of your body weight on the ball. Roll around everywhere stop on areas that are very sore add more pressure.
Again 1 or 2 minutes each side.
