This dinner tho 🙌🏼 shredded chicken + quinoa [cooked with chicken broth] + sautéed mushrooms + sautéed kale + baked brussel sprouts = pure happiness! .
Dinner is usually where people [myself included] fall off the wagon and indulge. I like to prep my dinner foods ahead of time in order to combat this! .

PS :: I’ve continued to eat meat over the last 2 months. And it’s gone fairly well. I’ve really only stuck to chicken and salmon on a few occasions. So far so good. Thinking about going back to the v-life as Troy calls it lol I just have to make the plan and execute. And be sure to have digestive enzymes ready to help me digest all the beans. I think I’ll start with a slow transition...
