Today not well so, rice rasam and sardin cutlet for aryan , he loves it 😅
Macarel sardine ( small can)
Take the sardine out
Remove the bones and wash it
Then mash it
One free range chicken egg
2 spoon corn starch powder
Lil bit salt
You can add mashed potato and parsley if u want
I didn’t because I want to do it quick
Make it ball or any shape u want and fry it with olive oil or sunflower oil

I never get through a whole bag of kale so freezing it is a great option to reduce food waste and then it’s great to mix into eggs, casseroles, stews etc. I know I don’t give my little ones enough dark green leafy veg which is why I give them these little chews everyday which contain
• Brocolli .
• Cabbage .
• Tomato . • Carrot .
• Parsley .
• Kale .
• Spinach .
• Garlic .
So easy and at least I know they are getting something every day as consistency is key 🙌

Cooking and eating is serious business in our house - especially when it comes to my banana and egg pancakes. My boys might be two years apart but their love of food is equal.
For these delicious and super easy pancakes, just mash together 1 banana, 1 egg, 1 heaped tbspn flour and a squeeze of vanilla extract. Then cook!
Easy. Protein rich. Yum. Breakfast and snacks sorted!

The most common and often asked question there is “HOW DO YOU GET YOUR TODDLER TO EAT?”
I thought I might do a blog post on what has worked for me so far. In my blog I share my experience so far with a 3 year old such as how to handle picky eating and how to create interest in enjoying food. .
But other than that, I share the honest truth all us mamas need to hear (or in this case,read 🧐). .
Here’s a snippet : .
💙Don't push a kid to eat something he absolutely refuses. You may try later in some other meal, but if you continue pushing he may actually resent it than like it.
💙Do Not be stubborn on how much your kid is SUPPOSED to eat. Every kid is different. Some eat more than others. Don't fret. .
💙Do Not try to feed a little one while you yourself are hungry. Trust me, the frustration of a kid testing your patience on empty stomach is grueling. Eat your meal beforehand if your kid is a known picky eater.
. 💙 Face the fact that no matter what you try, there may come a day when everything goes to sh*t.
Listen to me girl...IT'S OKAY. It happens. And you are certainly not alone. .
