This was so freakin' good... A toasted low-carb bagel (it did contain a tiny bit of gluten, but otherwise very clean & wholesome ingredients) shmeared with vegan @that_mayo , shirataki mushroom pesto, lots of organic rocket, some chopped organic piquant peppers, sundried tomatoes in olive oil, @woolworths_sa dairy free cheese and some avocado slices. Salt & pepper and devour! 🤤 I made a second one straight away because it was that good! 🤫
