Yesterday I decided on Booster Juice and an Iced Coffee in freezing cold weather. Sometimes I can’t think when I’m outside. I get super flustered and make impulsive decisions to save myself from panicking. It ends up costing me money and time and energy and resources. It’s like I’m on autopilot. Like I’m holding my breath until I get home and can finally release all my energy. I get paranoid outdoors. I look over my shoulder constantly and I’m always 100% certain people are reading my thoughts. Not judging me, but actually knowing what’s happening in my head so I turn off my thoughts. I think what others would want to hear instead of what the voices are telling me. Writing this down really puts my mental health into perspective. I look “normal” but there is a definite war in my mind, and every day I’m winning battles.
Sitting in Starbucks...drinking Mcdonalds coffee with Tim Hortons for the class...I think i hit all the fast food in the area!
Biggest complaint...Tim Hortons for a donut shop had a barely there selection. I suddenly missed Shipleys donuts and Dunkin donuts

Thank you for bringing smiles to our community! @timhortons Smile Cookie campaign was a tremendous success. We're so grateful to be part of this awesome event and promise the $$ raised stays right here in our community. We help kids connect to meaningful recreation which impacts their family, classmates, future employers and the whole community! Every cookie bought has a lasting ripple effect. Thank you!!
Sometimes it's fun to show your teachers that they are pretty awesome by showering them with drinks and treats! #timehortons#staffappreciation not because it's 'staff appreciation day' but because they are awesome everyday!
