I am finally posting my 58 days progress pics. Wow this 80 day abs and booty program is flying by fast and I have never felt more comfortable in my skin. I have always said that I make slow progress due to my thyroid condition but never the less I am proud of my progress. From starting this program I have lost 2 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my lower belly. I have leaned out a lot. The scale is pretty much the same as when I started this program because I am replacing fat by muscle. 🍑
Before this program my eating habits were bad. I hardly ate any vegetables and I wasn’t eating enough. So when this program came out I decided to do maintenance mode because I wanted to see what would happen if I gave my body all the food it needed. And I am surprised by my results. I want to make this a sustainable lifestyle for me. Seriously the plan I am on I never have an urge to pig out on junk food because I am eating every two to three hours and I am full. I don’t feel the need to eat cheat meals every weekend and I love the control I have one which food to eat.🥗
I am looking forward to doing another round of this 80 day program. I am looking for 7 new ladies who want to do this program with me in a test group.
