Going from incline of 3.0 and a speed of 2.0, to a incline of 10.0 and a speed of 2.5! Progress is happening, weight going down, shirt sizes going down, stamina is going up, breathing is getting better through out this weight loss journey. Making my way downtown, leaning out, kilos down and I'm homebound dududududududuuuuu 😎. 3 kilos out from my all time lowest weight in this journey @ 102 kg / 224.8 lb (June 2017, pre America trip 😂 Damn you Popeyes!) and 5 kilos away from my next big milestone, sub 100 kilos. I wanna be in the 2 digits so bad 😂. Taking it day by day. I'm doing ok so far, training is on point. Training for me is the easy part. I just gotta keep consistent with my food! Weightloss happens in the kitchen! Lets get it!
