I just took a selfie because I’m feeling skinnier this week and honestly how is that my waist 😫 I know it’s a selfie so prob just a good angle but I took a few photos in different ways and my figure still looks the same! such a big massive change from the wide girl I used to be😂 very proud of myself 👏🏻💁🏻♀️ but you better believe there is still a belly under those joggies so that will be getting shifted by the end of the year ☺️💪🏻
honestly really needed this😍 I never have carbs on a Sunday because my weigh day is usually Monday so it’s really nice to be able to enjoy a big roast and not feel guilty😁 I cooked a whole chicken (6.5 syns for skin), mash (2), roasted potatoes, carrots and Brussels with oxo cube sprinkled over before roasting ☺️ and 3 syns for chicken gravy 💁🏻♀️
Having an on plan chinese since I’m hungover af 😁 beef in black bean sauce and boiled rice (8) they gave me free prawn crackers but I’m staying far away 😫❌ so proud of myself for staying on plan cause usually I would have drank 10 cans of Dr Pepper, loads of sweets and a big fattening chinese meal by now when I’m rough 😂 but it can be done!
