Today is a waterfall day. In Cairns area nobody swim in the sea as there are a lot of Crocs in there. So it’s very dangerous, the crocodiles signs are everywhere along the beach area. So were do people swim I asked a local couple. The answer was in cascades, waterfalls, rivers and lakes. I love swimming and could not resist to try and taste every waterfall on the way. The first falls to see and to swim was Malandra. #malanda#falls#waterfall#oz#travel#adventure#australia#waterfall#malandafalls#swim#health#trip#lovewater

This week, we welcome this super nice guy who has a big potential for Triathlon. A bit about Jack Donovan:
I have been living in Torquay for just over a year now and grew up in the small coastal town of Mallacoota. I work as a pharmacist in Ocean Grove.
I’ve always kept pretty active and spent the best part of my childhood riding horses on a competitive level. In more recent years I’ve dabbled in triathlon and got involved with Geelong cross country last year and did my first half marathon. In October I decided to enter Geelong 70.3 for a challenge and to have something to train for. I was pretty stoked to cross that finish line.
After hearing my co-worker (Katie Magee) rave on about GPC for the best part of a year I thought it was time to get in touch with Kate and the team. I’ve been on board with GPC for a few weeks now, I am really enjoying the training and already realising the benefits of having a tailored program. Looking forward now to some hard work and building up some decent fitness over the coming year. Welcome @_jackjack92 and thanks for choosing GPC!
