We are off to Adelaide tomorrow. Its a 4 hour drive from where we live. My husband has been dairy free for nearly 5 months now and doesn't look back. Takeaway food on the road is always full of preservatives and nasties. I am sure we are going to eat enough treat food once in Adelaide so I decided to make one last nourishing meal for the trip there. All that is missing is some chicken which is cooling down on the chopping board while I post this. .

Salah satu sayuran yang paling susah dicari yaitu selada merah (red lettuce). Beruntung saya dapat & bisa menikmati buat salad. Manfaat selada merah antara lain: obat anemia, mampu menurunkan kadar gula dalam darah (obat diabetes), mengatasi insomnia, obat sakit kepala, mencegah kanker, memberi efek rileks buat otot kaku, dll
Salad: selada hijau, selada merah, jagung manis, timun jepang, tomat cherry, buah zaitun & toping biji labu. Dressing: sari jeruk lemon, lada, garam laut & olive oil
Salad: green & red lettuce, sweet corn, cucumber, cherry tomato, olive and topped with pumpkin seed. Seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt & pepper.

Straight from work to the airport, onto the plane, wine + 10 games of suduko later we landed...
Only to queue for an hour to use the only open ATM in Denpasar for our cards not to work, then using a secret stash of $12 Aussie cash from my notebook to take a taxi, got stuck in road blocks, walked in the opposite direction to the street parade for half hour to our hotel...turns out there’s two with the same name...blagged a motorbike trip to the right hotel - finally arrived at 1am HAHAHAHA
It's vermicelli, but not as you know it. I incorporated some veggies in it to make it healthier and tastier. Vermicelli is a versatile dish that tastes good on its own or with beef, chicken or lamb .
1 large carrot, finely chopped
1 large red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 handfuls of sweetcorn
Half of a small red cabbage, finely chopped
A bunch of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste .
Combine all chopped vegetable in a large bowl. Cook vermicelli according to package instructions and add it to the bowl of vegetables. Mix everything together and finally season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
