Today's run was not quite a thumbs up but was definitely not a thumbs down either so I give you the #BigSexySoSoRun my alarm went off and I was so tempted to go back to sleep but I fought it and got up then after 10 mins of a steady jog I blasted out 11 mins tempo run and felt good 😊 3 mins jog followed then about 3 mins into my next tempo my stomach went and I could feel #PooGate coming back, I tried to keep going but the faster I went the worse the feeling got so I ended up reverting to a slow jog home which meant I was about 12 mins short of plan!!! Tomorrow is rest day (Thank god) but Saturday I go again on a long run where I hopefully blast past the 10 mile barrier finally
BBG stronger 2.0 arms 😓 😁
When I first started, I found 2kg dumbbells extremely heavy and could hardly do a bicep curl. These days I manage a 6kg dumbbells per BBG circuit. You just have to keep going, and day by day you’ll feel stronger and healthier 👊
When I planned my workouts out for the week, I originally planned on running 2.5 miles. I was not prepared for it to be snowing so my run turned into a walk. But at least I got out there! Snow-body can stop me now!

This move was probably my fav move from today’s workout because I went up in weight & it totally challenged me! It makes me laugh because I hated this move last week! But since I’m getting stronger everyday, I’m enjoying these moves that killed me last week! 🙌🏼🔥

I have to do them slow because it requires a lot of concentration for me, but I love the stability and burn 🔥😍

I knew when I shut off my alarm this morning that I would regret it right about now. And boy am I right. Pressing play on a 59 minute workout after I’ve stood on my feet for the last 13 hours. NO THANK YOU. I’ve come up with every excuse in the book and maybe someone else’s book for why I should skip my workout tonight. BUT all of my challengers checked in today and what kind of leader would I be if I skipped out on them...

This morning I did a few things I haven’t in a while.
Number 1: I woke up at 5:30am.
Number 2: I got dressed shortly after.
Number 3: I worked out.
But most importantly, the thing that I am most proud of myself for, I SHOWED UP! And I LOVED IT!
