Happy Saturday! 🙂 I am so used to waking up at 4:45 am during the week that I cannot sleep in on Saturday mornings even though I can..... my workout plan for the day is Daily Moves, Beautiful Biceps with Kat (I am obsessed with this one! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻) and then Total Body HIIT Burn with Karena. Tuesday is my birthday so I got a special coupon for 50% off any one piece of Kendra Scott jewelry at a local place where I live so I will be going there today as well so tell me what I should get! 😁 I am more into silver jewelry than gold. 😉 Also - this photo was taken yesterday at my work gym and I was going to post it yesterday. I have found that consistently working out has really toned my arms and abs quite a bit! Woken up with a hangover this morning after an excellent charity quiz night run by @sarahgowsmith and husband Jarrod to raise money and awareness for the Demelza House Children’s Hospice. *
Jarrod will also be running the London Marathon in 3 weeks time in an attempt to raise even more money for Demelza which provides care and support for seriously ill children. *

Had a totally epic day that started at 8:30am, spent the best part of the first 3 hours this morning at Buddha Bowl starting it off with a dragon fruit smoothie bowl and iced mocha, partnered with starting a new book and my daily phone call with the bf.
I then wandered further in search of Boreh Pijat to get a traditional body scrub and sauna. If you spend time in Ubud, this should be on your long list of things to do here. While there is a plethora of spa treatments to choose from, I can guarantee you won’t experience anything quite like this.
Made (pronounced Ma’deh) Boreh they call him, since everyone is named Made here, mixes the ingredients fresh daily. The scrub consists of 14 different ingredients including turmeric and cinnamon. The steam for the sauna has a mixture of 40 different herbs.
The Boreh scrub and half hour sauna = $10. The full therapy that includes an hour Balinese massage, Boreh scrub and sauna = $18. Can’t go wrong. I highly recommend it!

Started my morning off, bright & early with a 5am sweat session. 👍🏼. 30 min cardio intervals on the elliptical + about 5min of Ab work. ✔️. Was it the workout on the workout plan I’m following...No. .
But I didn’t want to let last nights frustrations, get the best of me. I made it work for me, I got my sweat on & got the feel good endorphins flowing & end the end I call that a win. .
Life never goes as plans & neither will i workouts, but it’s in how we handle them & respond. Don’t give up, Don’t Give In & Don’t give up on yourself. Keep pushing & you’ll become stronger because of it. .
