Happy Friday!!! I shared this message with my peeps that are in my 7 day eat clean save green group and thought it would be good to share with you too! 🤗 “This group is mainly focused on nutrition, but to round out the healthy lifestyle, exercise is an important component. I wanted to share with you this little pic of me this morning...lying in a pool of sweat, trying to talk myself into getting up off the floor after my cardio core workout. 😜💦 Even though I have made exercise part of my weekly routine for a little over a year now, it doesn’t make it any easier. Every workout I do is a challenge, but what I have learned is that what challenges you, changes you! Yes, it will be hard at first to make it a routine, but once you do, it becomes a habit and habits are hard to break.” The second picture is when I finally talked myself into getting up off the floor. Today was cardio core, and as you can tell, it’s doing its job! Loving the results I am getting from the 80 day program! 💗

8 weeks of this and introduction to martial arts have almost come to an end. It's been so much fun, I've learned a lot and feel so much stronger and I've met some really cool ladies. ✔I learned that if I'm going to exercise in the morning at 6 pm I need to do it several times a week to get my sleep routine in check. Meaning go to bed at 10 pm. ✔I appreciate yoga much more as a compliment to other training. Mobility and strenght go hand in hand. ✔I love to sweat, train to exhaustion to loud music and have someone scream go harder Eva! ✔When I exercise in a group where I'm expected I have accountability and make fewer excuses to bail. ✔I love kicking. A lot. ✔I feel really good eating regularly. I love food prepping and planning my meals. I need something sweet once in a while, sugarfree is fine but something sweet, a fruit or a raw treat is freakin necessary. A lot more than I knew. I need to mind my portion size and all those in-between nibbles all add up. 🙊 ✔I've been sober 8 weeks and it wasn't hard although I look forward to a glas of red wine next week. ✔I feel really excited about exploring more types of training.

I AM BACK!
Though my arms are still slightly sore and thanks to today's workout having those Side Step Jacks, my arms were kind of having limited movement and were getting tired out way too fast. ☹️ Anyway, I have been on this workout before with FB Burn but not sure how much I have improved from then 'cos I know it sure ain't easy for me today as well! Wish there was a way for us to make notes on individual video as well 'cos for us on programs, notes are being made on days instead of on the individual videos. I will love to track how much improvement I have made since the last I did it. 😊
Sweatfest as mentioned by Kelli is right! I sweat like nobody's business and it tasted salty when I licked my lips just now. 😅 And Supine Plank Reach? I hate you. 😂
Anyway I have included a bonus photo of my workout space together with whatever nonsense I have in the living room during my workout. Though my air conditioner is on, it always feels so hot after working out. 🔥
