It’s FARM BOX FRIDAY! This weeks box includes beets, carrots, hakurei turnips, 3 salanova lettuces, kale, parsley, green onion & Japanese sweet potatoes. We offered Swiss chard as a substitute for any item you may not like in your box. (Thank you @jennyjackfarm for the great idea!) We truly enjoy the opportunity of being able to grow food for our local community and are thankful to our loyal customers for their continued support. Today marks the first planting of Pinot Noir grapes in the Willamette Valley (and North America) by David Lett at @eyrievineyards. We use their wine in our Pot Still Brandy and pomace in our grappa.
