I’m not going to lie, but trying to keep my studio space clean is a huge struggle for me. I need to figure out a good organization system and actually stick to it. Maybe a run to IKEA is what I need so I can figure out my life. #ikeaoffice
It's been a while since an update on the new space - we were stuck waiting on permits and unable to do anything. However, that changed this week!! We put down our flooring tonight and mocked up our machines in their rough homes. Next week we will build walls around the outside of the floor. It's all coming together!!!
Pushing my work to new, sometimes uncomfortable, and hopefully bold places. I feel like I’m making a lot of weird paintings recently...that generally tells me something exciting is happening.🤘@katiepumphreyart
Any spare moment I have is spent in my studio. I am forever grateful for your constant support, keeping me busy with a constant list of jobs on the go. I am always blown away by your DM’s and love knowing you trust me to create something special for you. Please continue to contact me, nothing makes me happier than knowing my days are spent being creative and doing what I love from home with my babies. Which is all thanks to this little community. My little online Etsy shop gives you an idea of my work, however pretty much all my work comes from your DM’s so thank you!
#throwbackthursday This was 2015, the time when I really started to take my side hustle seriously. I could actually see that If I worked really hard, I could make my creative thing a full time gig. I was pretty thrilled about getting my workspace photographed by long time bestie @twilightdigitalphoto. While my home office looks nothing like this now (mostly because I need a bajillion surfaces to work on, more shelf space and you basically can't see the floor anymore because it's covered in boxes of shipping materials 🙈) I really love looking back on the progress and changes that have happened over the years. #boss#workspace#etsyseller
Been playing tetris with my studio furniture for a few days and I’m finally feeling like I am making some progress! (Well, just my giant desk, the rest is still a work in progress... ) Feels great to be working from home again 😌
My little place is finally coming together. ✨A bunch of you messaged me asking where I got my bed. It is from Apt2b and made of recycled pallets. This is the first bed I've ever owned in my adult life that actually has a headboard. I love it. No more sleeping on a mattress on the ground! It has been interesting sleeping in the same room as my workbench though but I'm enjoying it + feeling more connected to my work. Let's see how long that lasts...ha!
