Decided to go Rx for last one as I can do the movements even at 138kg bodyweight 🐷🐷🐷 (Do excuse the belly)

@jackelean had got my favourite bit of kit out this morning so just had to have a go on the yoke after, worked up to a new pb of 320kg. Felt strong after not been on it for a long time

Nice little bench PR of 480 paused from a few weeks ago. I was happy especially considering I only bench a couple times a year, focusing on overhead and incline. I feel like I've got this whole bench thing down, you see that bench gut? Nailed it.
Deadlifts was hit and miss this week... I went to the gym Friday night after getting laid of from my job and hardly eating all day I thought it would be good to go blow of some steam but in the end I was mentally tired from over thinking about things that's happened that day and worrying about the fact I've just booked our wedding etc Friday night I managed 245kg 1x5 and 1x3 when it should of been 2x6.... But I was determined to go and get 1 set of 6 and I fucking did today I rammed as many cals as I could in me and went to the gym and go it done 245kg 1x6 which is a rep PB!

Some news may surprise you these days. Virat missing the only test against Afghanistan to join county Cricket and play for Surrey. Obviously this proves how desperately India wants to win against England in England. We have long five match test series so no hiding away. If you have any technical issues in those conditions you will be found out with the skills of James Anderson and Stuart Broad. Cheteswar Pujara and Virat Kohli both know it very well because they both are back from that situation. India do have a plan and that's why it's going to be an exciting Series when noone would want to give it away. Plenty of things are going to happen in that Series. It has to be a little chit chat on field when India face England😂. Well well those who think we don't have a chance in this game #NZvsENG for them "in Cricket you always have a chance. In Cricket it's not over until it's really over. We do have 2nd innings left. You never know what's going to happen. The miracle we have waited for may happen tomorrow. Light speed work with some banded deadlift triples.
Ended up doing this to feel like I'd done at least a little bit of work.
I struggle with speed off the floor in my conventional pulls and my lockout is generally strong, but I like the mental cues I get from bands to keep accelerating right through the movement so the resistance never catches me up.
Again, this is light work so there's roughly only 15kg per side extra band tension at the top of the rep, but enough on such a low load week of training 😎
