Yesterday I worked 10 am to 2 am. I got a quick 2.5 hours of sleep, and then I worked today 7 am to 3 pm. I modified my workout plan to use yesterday as a rest day, and believe me, I could have easily followed suit today. A year ago I can guarantee I would have. But no f*ckin way not today! I am stronger than my excuses🙅🏻♀️
Not only do I feel like I would let myself down, I also have a kickass group of ladies (and a couple men!) who I would be letting down if I caved to my excuses.

There are multiple ways of moving our muscles, adding resistance and increasing their size and/or density.
Fortunately, a lot of those methods can be done with minimal equipment and anywhere!!
I call this the 20, 20 booty burn out 😄
Use ankle weights, or just body weight!
3 sets per exercise:
20 Side back donkey kicks
20 Marching bridges
20 Slide glute bridges
20 Side, diagonal, back kicks
