The ab wheel can be a great tool if used properly. It’s important to keep control as you rollout and not let your lower back drop. Didn’t feel like dragging myself to the gym this morning and since I was home for the weekend I figured I’d use our lil home gym 😛 I did a few different ab circuits (which I’ll list below) and then 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical! Lol scroll to the next pic to see my giant fluff ball of a dog and why it was impossible to record any decent vids 😭 and yes, I do dramatically lay on the floor as pictured after every set 🤷🏻‍♀️ Ab exercises done:
• hanging leg raises 5x
• alternating toe tap plank 1 min
• regular plank 1 min
• side plank 1 min each side • roll outs w/ exercise ball 1 min

The shoulders are important to maintaine, but do you also maintaine your spine and core? 
This is a good way to engage ceverak parts of the body and get them to cooperate. ☺️ Keep the shoulders nailed to the ground, draw your bellybutton in towards the spine, twist the spine and keep the hips and feet aligned at all time. For more challenge, add weight (in this case the ball that you have to squeeze not to drop!) 👌😄

The last time I posted a "progress" photo was when I was 12 weeks post partum. I am now exactly 8 months post partum and this is my progress. Haha. I am happy with where I am, if I'm being honest. But I want to get stronger! I'm not trying to get big, being toned is my goal. I might not get a six-pack or any kind of pack; let's be honest, donuts are life! But I'll be content with a "toned" stomach, if there is such a thing. Is there?  Anyway. I've been doing CrossFit and running, but I definitely can improve my diet. 🏋️‍♂️💪🏃‍♀️🍩
