Feet wider than hips to help stability.
The shoulders are important to maintaine, but do you also maintaine your spine and core?
This is a good way to engage ceverak parts of the body and get them to cooperate. ☺️ Keep the shoulders nailed to the ground, draw your bellybutton in towards the spine, twist the spine and keep the hips and feet aligned at all time. For more challenge, add weight (in this case the ball that you have to squeeze not to drop!) 👌😄

I’ve taken some time away from handstands due to being crazy busy and shoulder issues. This was not the most graceful attempt. 🤣 but it feels good to be upside down again and that’s where I am right now.
