I love yoga, meditating and the yogic life
As much as I love lifting weights, pushing limits and being a bad ass in my own way.
I love how raw, real, open, loving and different I am. I love being me just the way I am 🙏💕 I'm at a stage in my life where I love myself more than I have ever before. And man did that take alot of work and patience.
YES I am human and I have those " off days" but I take them, do yoga or gym it, meditate, breathe and let it go and do my best, it works!!! The gym and doing yoga is my therapy, it's good for my mental health and my well being. The physical benefits of muscle and strong body and flexibility and balance are only positive secondary effects that come with it.
Do what YOU want. No one will do it for you.
I have been teaching yoga for a living for a full year now (after being a mental health worker for 4 years and then a flight attendant in my short 26 almost 27 years of life) and it does as much good to myself as it does to my students.
Respect yourself and respect from others will be mirrored by how you treat your own self
