После работы мы обычно загорали и отсыпались в бассейне перед очередной вечеринкой или прогулкой. Вечеринки у нас в комплексе были часто. Студентов было много и мы все ходили к друг другу в гости. Также мы, нашим девчачьем коллективом, любили гулять по улице. Штат Флорида не очень дружелюбный к пешеходам, люди здесь практически не ходят пешком по улицам. В основном здесь люди гуляют в парках, проводят время на океане, бассейне или больше в помещении. Как я уже писала ранее, нас поселили в не благополучный район. Машины, чтобы ездить в парки у нас не было, поэтому мы гуляли около дома, приводя в полнейший восторг местных американцев, мексиканецев и пуэрториканцев. Обычно в 8-9 вечера, в полном боевом раскрасе, укладкой, мини-юбках и на каблуках, мы выходили из нашего комплекса на безлюдные тратуары. Проезжающие машины сигналили нам не переставая, водители чуть ли не вываливались из машин. Сколько раз помню к нам останавливались полицейские, поначалу думая, что мы «девушки легкого поведения» и пытаясь понять, что мы делаем такие расфуфыренные на темных, безлюдных улицах. Полицейские нам пытались объяснить, что это небезопасный район и что не надо нам так одеваться и гулять так поздно, что мы ищем приключения на одно место. Но нам было все равно, мы были девчонки, которые выросли в 90е годы, поэтому нам было ничего не страшно. В конце концов, полицейские забили на нас и только негативно махали головой при видя отряда из русских девиц на каблуках. А ещё, что бы куда-нибудь съездить, мы тормозили машины, что в Америке очень очень опасно делать. Не знаю, как сейчас, но для нас это было обычным делом в России, в начале 2000х, тормознуть машину, заплатить водителю деньги, чтобы доехать до нужного места. В Америке это совершенно не принято. Сейчас рассказываю это мужу и он в диком ужасе от наших проделок и удивляется, что мы остались живы. Как сейчас вспоминаю, со всеми тяжестями работы,тысячами совершенных ошибок и множественными неудачами, все равно, это время было самым веселым и беззаботным. Оставался месяц до конца программы и у меня начались сомнения относительно моего возврата. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Has it really already been a month (3 days ago)?! This beautiful girl is such a FABULOUS baby! She really only fusses when she’s wet or hungry. She lets her brother give her love pats and kisses that aren’t always so gentle, 😬 yet she handles it like a champ. She’s definitely going to be one tough cookie! She gives the best smiles and has since she was only 5 days young! Mama must have some good milk because she is in the 80th percentile for weight and 90th percentile for height! She’s already wearing 3 month outfits... much different than her brother; he was so tiny.

I’ve been here before. I’ve seen this before. I’ve done this before.
This exact photo is of a moment that had familiarity woven through out it, realizing that I had experienced this before. Déjà vu. It never ceases to amaze me when this phenomenon happens. Personally, I go through cycles of experiencing déjà vu a lot, to not even an inkling of what will be for dinner that day 😂 #momproblems Funnys aside, I took great comfort in this particular moment, recognizing and embracing that knowing of already being there before. I hadn’t even picked up a string to knot with in what feels like DAY, dreaming of it, wishing I was knotting up something new to showcase some #crystalline beings. But alas, life had some other plans.
I had been keeping busy, but still I couldn’t shake this feeling I’ve been getting. I’ve brought it up to friends and family before; There’s this reoccurring sense of I need be to be doing something. I had gone through my check list; housewife chores done. Children alive. Pets cared for. Adulting mostly caught up. I had gotten a little yoga in. My usual I go through to settle this feeling. Most times by the time I’ve gotten to yoga, it goes away. So while the family were doing their own things, a light bulb went off in my head and I took myself to my healing room and put my mind on practicing different knot techniques. While unknotting these #hemp cords, that flash of knowing came to me. And with that, my anxiety subsided and I sunk into practice and peace.

Ok so I know I live in AK and it snowing a lot 🌨 is no surprise but ugh I just shoveled out all the snow from this trampoline last week 🤦🏼♀️ We didn’t want to hassle with taking it apart and storing it for the winter but I’m starting to think that would have been way less work lol 😂
Unfiltered after photo coming tomorrow, but wanted to say something important.
I've been using Monat for 2 years. I take VERY good care of my hair. I wash it once or twice a week, do regular oil treatments, use a heat protectant, lower the heat on my hot tools, and don't over process with color. I had microbead extensions in for almost a full year and took VERY good care of them. .
Today I went into the salon and had them taken out and had my stylist do a full balayage. The last time I got my haircut was end of September before I went to Vegas. That's almost a full 5 months and had my extensions moved up every 4-5 weeks within those 5 months. I did NOT need my hair trimmed or cut today. There were no signs of split ends and my hair was EXTREMELY healthy. Probably healthier than it's ever been. Ever. .
I also want to point out I have a VERY talented, VERY educated stylist that does a consult almost every time I'm in her chair. She keeps an eye on my hair when my color is processing and always makes sure to keep the integrity of my hair the top priority.
What am I trying to say? I don't know, but if you want good healthy hair, start treating it like you want it to be good healthy hair, and find yourself a @cutcolorcandy. 💖💖
This is my daughter and I swimming. She loves the water, and I can’t wait to enrol her in swimming lessons! She has been such a trooper being away from home and I can’t believe how well she flew! I get told a lot I’m “TOO CHILL” as a first time Mum, but my kid is pretty calm and goes with the flow.... like me (most days) and that’s ok. However you are as a Mum I believe the child follows suit. Usually on the weekends I don’t cook much.. I like to reset my gears and use my time to create meals for the coming week.
Last night Harper had a tough night (aka no sleep for anyone), so we went to our local hole in the wall Mexican restaurant for taquitos, and it was so worth it!
Tomorrow I’ll be working on my menus and Thai food is calling my name.. Can’t wait to show you what I have planned!

As I stand here just taking in all the blessings that surround me I can’t help but think about how we attract what we put out.

I’ve been on such a high energy vibe lately!!! 🔮 - The super awesome part is that in return great things keep happening! 💕 - I keep meeting the most amazing people mostly through social media, that just are such a joy to talk to. - In top of that, I’m also getting to help them with their health and their own at home businesses! 😍 - I feel like I’m finding my tribe or maybe they are finding me, but it doesn’t really matter, right?!?! .
Let me tell you guys it wasn’t always like this. I’m not the girl that i once was! That girl was depressed, unhappy, unhealthy, stressed out, full of anxiety, overwhelmed and hopeless 😢! - It’s taken a lot of work. Hours of personal development audiobooks, daily fueling my body with nutrients and exercising and the past several months I’ve taken up meditation which has just helped me in so many ways!! .
So if you want happiness, be grateful! If you want love, love yourself! If you want joy, help others!! You must give freely in order to revive!! 💓 #yougetwhatyougive
