It’s Fridaaaaaaay! Finally!!!! Had a pretty decent glute workout this early morning before work. Literally getting legs and booty in where ever I can. My DOMs only seem to be last about a day or two now which is niceeee! However tomorrow is chest, triceps and delts 💪🏽 Tomorrow is also the day where my girl @aisha.a.pt will be moving into our spare bedroom and keeping me company whilst Drew is away (he’s due to be deployed for 6 months). What’s super exciting about this, is that she also competes, and we are going on prep and competing round abouts the same time, and we are even doing one of the same shows!!! How amazing to have a prep buddie staying with me and keeping each other on track!!!! BUZZING! Also tomorrow, we are having a a cute couples photo shoot as well, so I need to make sure I get my beauty sleep tonight! Omg I’m going to actually have to wear some people clothes as well 🤔. And Sunday Drew and I are out for dinner! I need to make sure I also squeeze in some uni work around this as well, deadline is fast approaching 🌚. Have a great weekend 💗

Erm how am I a whole 10kg heavier in the right pic than I am in the left pic? Like the majority of that must be in my ass right? 😂... I am sooooooooo proud of my off season shape! I am fuller but I am completely in love with my fuller look and just how I feel! I feel strong, energetic and alive!!! And it’s completely sustainable!!! I have just been so incredibly dedicated and consistent in the gym and I’ve been eating mindfully, so I eat basically anything I want. However, most of the food I want is food that I think will nourish and fuel me for my workouts and for my recovery! And when I have some sweeter or more indulgent things, I am now able to stop eating when I am full!!! Like seriously guys, I’ve never been able to do that in my whole entire life, who even am I? I’m usually one of those eat until it’s gone, regardless of how full I am!! But why??? So anyway, I don’t know what’s clicked inside my brain but I am able to PUT DOWN THE DAMN FORK!!! 😬 Anyway, your going to grow so tired of me saying this but IM SO EXCITED TO SEE HOW IM GOING TO LOOK THIS SEASONNNNNNN!!!!! Cause I also love how I look when I am lean, however it’s not a body shape I can maintain all year round, but it’s cool cause I love being thick too!!! I just feel so good, so motivated and happy lately!!!! I’ve never been so buzzing to start a bloody prep, although I’m sure once I am a few weeks in I’ll be complaining about being hungry, cause I am eating quite a lot of food currently. Mmmmmm!!!

So today was leg day with the husband! He is not one for filming so we didn’t get any footage, so here have a clip from my last leg day where @aisha.a.pt got all close and personal with my glutes!! When I watched this video back, it actually made me really happy and excited because you can see my hamstrings flickering in there!!! If you’ve been following my stories, you will know my biggest goal of this season is to achieve a glute hamstring tie in!!!! I want one soooo bad as it stands out on the stage and looks insaneee! Right now I am still off-season, hence the cellulite on the squeeze! Something that is completely normal and we should not criticise ourselves about! I get quite a bit of cellulite off season on my glutes and outer thigh, but it’s just part of being female, I also get it on my triceps and it’s totally normal! Even on season I still get a small amount of cellulite, I probably don’t have cellulite from 2/3 weeks out and a week after comp 😂 so ladies if you see women on here with zero cellulite just know it’s probably them at their best shape, or a good picture angle, edited or they’re just one of the lucky few who don’t get it. Anyway, back to the point 😂 which was Im so excited to see some muscle flickage there in my offseason, suggesting this is the year I get my glute hamstring tie in 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
