Hi, I'm Shannon, and I'm a CHOCOHOLIC!
There. I said it. Even though I live mostly sugar-free, I get at least 2 chocolate fixes a day, and often 3.
(1) I have my daily chocolate superfood "goop", (2) the chocolate Fat Bombs shown in this pic, and (3) sometimes before bed I'll have either chocolate casein "pudding" or chocolate collagen fuel fudgsicles.
But it's all guilt free and HELPS my body & physique rather than harming it.
Are you chocolate lover too? What's your go-to?
P.S. In my weaker moments I've been known to go for a Kit Kat bar now and then.

Almost six years ago I finally took responsibility for my past. I finally stopped playing the blame game. I finally stop asking, “Why Me” and started asking, “Why NOT Me”. ..
That guy you see on the left, yep he is 100 pounds overweight and an alcoholic deep into his disease. And that person on the right, 100 pounds thinner, healthy, and still an alcoholic who is just in recovery. It has been almost six years since my last drink and while my life has completely changed over that time from something devastating and hopeless to something beautiful and amazing, the work is never done!
But the best thing about the work is that I get to do it with so many other amazing people that I pull support from and that pull support from me. My family, my fit family, my coaching family, thank you for keeping me on the right path!
Your actions and decisions that you make today are what create your tomorrow! What do you want to be different in your life? Do you want to be healthier & more fit? Do you want a stronger financial future? Do you want better relationships? Do you want to be more organized?
Whatever it is, JUST START! It does not have to be a Monday, and the timing will never be just right, so just decide what you want and start taking action, one little baby step at a time. And remember that small daily actions... habits and rituals are what create your long term success.

Day 30 of 80... an all new LEG DAY!
I loved this workout (in a love/hate kind of way)! It hurt in all the right places. I loved how for each move we would do a weighted version, and then immediately follow it with a non weighted version using sliders to really finish it off with a good burn.
This program certainly keeps the "muscle confusion" going so your body never has time to adapt and plateau like it would if just doing the same rotation of workouts each week. .
When I was a gym-rat, I was in descent shape but never saw serious transformation or body changes each week/month like I do when following a structured program like this. .
In order to get different results, you need to do something different, right?
12 pounds, 8 pounds, 6 pounds, 5, 3…. Results are coming in from phase 1 of my 80 Day fitness support group. 💪
The average is 6 pounds and 6 inches lost, which in 30 days is AWESOME!!! 😃

Today was say 27 of 80, and the start of phase 2, and a whole new rotation of workouts... BOOTY day!
It was fun to see and try the new moves (and variations of older moves to make them more challenging).
The moment you take a photo 1 week into your program and you think, 'Yup, there she is. I see you. I've missed you' 🤣😂

Day 26 of 80 DONE!
And I just saw a preview of what's coming in Phase 2 and I'm super excited for the challenge!
I have a confession to make. I seriously considered quitting this program this last week because I'm really missing my normal bodybuilding style of weight training.
But after taking pics today and seeing how my body is toning up ALL OVER, plus seeing the preview of what's coming, I have a renewed excitement and dedication to follow through and see what my results will be by the end!
Plus I don't want to let my peeps down since so many of us are doing it together. THAT is what kept me going last week for sure. ❤

Another day down! (Day 24 of 80)
Consistency is key when it comes to fitness. You can't make up a weeks worth workouts all in one day like you can with house cleaning or something like that. It's accumulative over time.
Or... it's the choice NOT to do it that adds up over time to make you weaker and less fit as time goes on.
Our daily choices add up... good or bad. But the cool things is that if you're not liking where your choices have gotten you so far, you can just shift gears and change your choices!
