I’ve made a point this year to establish a nightly routine. I have always struggled with sleep.. I never get enough, it takes me a good amount of time to fall asleep, and I’m definitely not a deep sleeper. So to combat that I’ve been trying to set the mood for my brain each night with a routine: brush my teeth, wash my face, diffuse essential oils, read my bible, write a page in my journal, and then wind down with music or a podcast. I’m starting to see small changes, so I am planning to continue. What are your nightly routines?
