I'm winding down the last day of my refresh with a very yucky tummy and mostly liquids and soft foods. I guess my system got the yogic sauca (cleanliness) memo, too! #springcleaning 💩😒 At first I thought I was having a strong physical #detox reaction, but this feels like more than that.🤢😣
Unfortunately, I'm feeling weak enough that I won't be at #yogaclass tonight. My plan is to teach tomorrow morning, so right now I MUST #bekind to my body. I'm definitely looking forward to starting my #ayurvedic meals tomorrow. I think a steady diet of plain porridge and #kitchari will be appreciated by my belly. 😋
We've all been super poorly and housebound here for days. While it's been horrible to be so ill being forced to slow down has given rise to some lovely opportunities for deep conversation and play that we don't usually get.

😉🎂 With a sick baby at home, we decided today would be an awesome day to wear our comfies and get zilch done (although we watched two movies...so that's something!)! 😶
This cold & flu season hasn't been nice to us this year, rotating between all four of us since January! Fingers crossed for warmer weather sticking around so we can get rid of these gross germs!!
Brought my sickie to get his free cone at Dairy Queen. It’s basically medicine for a sore throat, chesty cough and fever, right? (Hoping he’s well enough for school tomorrow 🤞🏼) He said “Who would say no to free ice cream?! Well...except Atticus.” 🤣
That’s right. My other child doesn’t eat ice cream 😑

In reality I’m laying in the couch trying to fight this cold I’ve got going on while binging on OTH (for the 600th time). My biggest struggle is taking time AWAY from the gym. Rest days are so hard for me because I crave endorphins and feeling productive😩.
Trying to listen to my body and give it the rest that it needs. Was super excited for leg day but I know I won’t be able to give it my all so, give me some show suggestions to I can distract myself from the gym while working away tonight💻🙌🏼.
