Soooo I made this Green Coconut Curry Shrimp 🍤& Veggies last night because it was time to use up things we had in the kitchen. I didn’t have white rice to serve with it so I roasted potatoes and used all the veggies I had left in the fridge - Carrots, Zucchini & Bell Pepper. All this entailed was Thai Kitchen curry paste + a can of Coconut Cream + 1T Red Boat Fish Sauce . It was DELICIOUS. Whole family approved👏🏼 .
I often get asked what to do when there’s nothing in the kitchen left. I always keep stocked on canned Tuna, Salmon, Coconut Cream, Black Beans, jarred spaghetti sauce & now, Thai Kitchen Curry Paste. The options are endless when I need to pull a little something out of the air. ✨😍
I always wanna try Indian food before. Thanks to my roomies I finally get to have some tonight! I know some people don’t really enjoy Indian food, but I think this is a great first experience for me. How do you feel about Indian food?👩🏻🍳👨🏻🍳
👌What I Have: Tofu Masala (my fav dish since I don’t really like meat), Chicken Jalfrezi (honestly we don’t even know whats that mean...but it’s good!), Shrimp Curry (a bit sweet, maybe not recommended), and Naan
🔹Name: India Quality Restaurant

❣️Tips: you can choose the spicy level but I think mild/medium doesn’t taste spicy at all. The portion is kind of small. I would recommend coming in at lunch time if possible, since the price will be much better!
since the weather hasn't been the warmest here, I've recently been craving tons of warm curry which is perfect because I'm home and can eat my mom's food all day long😍. gotta give my mom a rest though and treat my fam to my attempt at my indian food 😅...so I created this spicy green coconut shrimp curry 🍤💚! my idea of comfort food for the soul and I hope you give it a try too 👍
