Geek’s Log: Day 2🤘🏾
I thought winter was over, but it seems Phil the groundhog was right😂
Today’s exercises included dumbbell bent over rows with a second or two of partial rear delt swings.
Just like this NYC weather, the form was all over the place🤓
No smiles on this side, just struggle faces. There is time for work and time for play, this set had my ass in work mode. Maintain laser-like focus and never lose sight of your goals, they're closer than you think!
Some #trap and #delts work from today. Despite inclement weather we do not take days off. Somewhere out there are some guys that are hungry and they’re bringing their best so I have to bring mine. Never get comfortable because you’re not the only one after something. #staywoke#gymshark
