Cute little dessert to end my first low carb day! Finishing at 1122 calories, 26 smart points, and 51 carbs. Not bad for trying this on a whim and with no preparation! 😂 Ok so tracking my nutrition in #myfitnesspal was eye-opening. I'm allowed 23 smart points per day. I ate 26. And it was under 1200 calories. I ate 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 3 ounces of chicken breast, and 8 ounces of turkey breast-- all 0 point foods. And it was UNDER 1200 CALORIES!!! If you're skeptical and think you can't eat 0 point foods and lose, or can't use weeklies and lose, this is proof that you can!! Most calorie deficit calculators allow me between 1400 and 1600 calories a day to lose 2 pounds a week. 1200, people. I ate 1200.
