New workout plans always take a little adjustment period. This week felt much better than the first. When I first start a plan I tend to go a little lighter (not by much) just to make sure I don’t burn myself out before I complete a workout. Once I get that baseline though , it’s balls to the wall for the next few weeks. I have a lot of goals I want to reach before the end of March, there isn’t any slowing me down! #iamrocksolid#rocksolidnutrition#rocksolidsociety

Saturday typically is my day of rest from working out. I am so busy during the week that I look forward to this day so much plus it’s my mommy/daughter 👩👧day. .
I like to take this time to enjoy my little one, by watching her play and learn and figure the world 🌎 out. She is amazing. Today we played robots 🤖 which she built from her building blocks. She made her whole family including our dog 🐕 (which to me looks like a giraffe 🦒 2nd one in from right😂)
I want her to remember these days and start making memories. I want her to see her mommy as a role model, confident and 💪 . I want to pass these traits on to her.
Although I don’t workout🏋️♀️ much on a Saturday. I am still continuing with planning my journey. I’m thinking of what meals to prep 🥗🥘and make for the week ahead. .
It is so great that my boot camps come with their own nutrition plan. It makes it super easy and quick to plan ahead, leaving me more time to enjoy my time with my little one. Family life is so important to me. My boot camps have taught me the power of strength in more ways than one. Now that I am becoming the best person I can be holistically my family can only benefit from that right❤️

We saved and finally bought new furniture for our home 🏡😍After 8+ years of marriage, being given furniture, picking up random pieces at yard sales, etc. we finally picked out what we loved and bought it!
This truly felt special for my hubby and I because we set a goal with savings and steadily worked towards it. This past month with my new job I was even able to contribute EXTRA so today we decided... “let’s do this, we met our goal!”
