Props to this dude for a month straight at the gym! It's more of a weekend warrior thing, but I give him small tasks to build off of during the week due to our schedules a being a little different. Every week we're getting better!
Squats, lunges, up-downs, burpees, inch-worms, sprints, side squats, wall-sits.... just to name a few.
Happy Saturday! Go Logan!
We are EXACTLY a month away from our meetup & discussion for Winter 2017's book "The Four Agreements!" This discussion is LOOOOOOONG overdue.
Surprisingly there is STILL time to finish (or start) reading if you haven't!
*I'll be announcing the read for Spr.| 2018 & giving out some goodies to the first 10 attendants to meet me at Volumes Bookcafe on March 17th at 7PM!
*Join the “Between The Lines Bookclub” FB group to find out what members of have been saying about the book so far. . .
While I’m happy for her family, I’d be even happier if her children didn’t have to grow up without the love and care of their mother, no amount of money can replace a mothers love. #sayhername#korryngaines#blacklivesmatter And what also makes me happy is that @dmvyouth is self/community funded and not a 501C-3 non-profit. Notice how most churches and nonprofits won’t speak on real issues? It’s because when politicians, churches and nonprofits accept grants and large corporate donations, they always come with strings and conditions attached. #unboughtandunbossed#doforself#selfdetermination#blm
Kickoff your day with ten minutes of stretching on a yoga mat. Do what comes naturally! You'll be surprised how energized you feel. .
It's the best way for me to charge up for a day full of recipe concocting, client advising + chore doing. ☀️ What is your morning shaping up to look like, friends? 🌴

Having healthy snack food is the easiest way to get great nutrition in throughout the day when a little hunger kicks up. These Bōdhi Balls are what dreams are made of. 😍
Want the easy peasy formula I used for these babies?
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds (yay omega-3's!)
1/2 cup coconut flakes/ shreds
4 tbsp of dried cranberries
zest and juice of 1 orange
1/3 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
3 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
1. Pulse all the ingredients together in a food processor until sticky and lumped together.
2. Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate until hardened.
3. Enjoy as a snack, or dessert with a smear of nut butter and a cup of tea ☕️
Stop thinking of "exercise" as "torture" ✨ Just think of it as movement. A yoga flow, a walk around the block listening to a pump-up playlist or a dance party in your kitchen. 💃 Did this give you a new idea of how to move? Tell me below!

Easiest snack on the planet: fresh sliced apples and homemade nut butter. Just prep the nut butter on a Sunday and you're good to go for the week (or the month, if it lasts that long!). See the recipe below!
hemp seeds (optional)
sea salt (optional)
nu butter (optional)
cacao powder (optional)
(yep, thats it!) 1. Pulse some almonds (or cashews) in a food processor for 5-10 mins, until you see a creamy consistency appear - I promise, be patient, it will happen.
2. Slice up your favorite apple (gala, fuji, honey crisp), or even a pear or banana and top each slice with the nut butter of your labour!
3. Want to go the extra mile? Add in some flavour (and health benefits) with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, hemp seeds, sea salt or mix your nut butter in with some cacao powder.

Confidence isn't walking into a room and think your better than anyone else, no: it's walking into that room by believing in yourself and know that your worth it, and don't compare yourself with no one in the first place. .
