😅a little bit of an exaggeration but it can feel like that. Above was around 2 weeks of no gym and a poor diet. Both of those factors transformed me into that beauty on the right 🤣😂.

Plate balance push ups ( HA these are so hard 😂) 1 leg curl to press
1 leg st leg dL to side raise
Lunge plate Twist
Kneel to Squat Jump
Hollow rock to squat
Repeat all movements for 10 reps, 3x through!
I was in a “meh” kinda mood today because I got caught up working and didn’t make it to any fitness classes. I need to do something active at least once a day or it affects my mood/productivity big-time.
So instead of hitting a studio I took Brando for a long walk and then threw on some 80’s ankle weights and rocked lil at home workout with him f’n around trying to play. Such a joker. 😆
This turned my mood around and made me feel so much better. 💛.
