All you need to do is pour yourself a generous glass of Single Vineyard Nebbiolo🍷and follow the recipe below from our Chef Andy to make our Salame Piccante pizza. 🍕
Dough (Makes 4 @ 230g):
Pizza Flour – 436g
Dry Yeast – 1.5g
Tepid Water – 255mL
Leaven – 95g
Salt – 10g
Fresh Tomato Sauce
Method: • Rehydrate yeast in tepid water.
• Combine flour, salt.
• Add water & leaven, mix for 8 minutes.
• Store in fridge for at least 24 hours.
• Scale dough @ 230g, roll on floured surface till approximately 20mm in diameter.
• Add preferred topping and cook in pizza oven @ 250 degrees.
Enjoy with a glass of our award winning 2015 Single Vineyard Nebbiolo.

This chicken pesto panini from @staxcookiebar was actually amazing and worth every buck ($5). Didn't know a dessert shop could make such good sandwiches! If you're a @ucirvine student, this is student budget friendly (cheaper than Le Dip and more food)! There's gonna be chicken in every bite with oozing cheesy pesto flavor!

If you’re looking for bomb Mediterranean food, this is your spot! The chicken shish kebab was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The shawarmas were sooo good wrapped in pita topped with hummus and tabbouleh. Seriously a solid lunch spot 👌
