This past weekend for me was about trying new things that usually freak me out. If you know me, you know that power tools and I don’t get along, I bring electric leaf blowers into the house thinking it’ll clear the smoke from my most recent cooking disaster (don’t ask 🙈😬), and I definitely don’t do things like climb onto a roof. Well these weekend I stepped outside my comfort zone and had my Instagram prove it (Jake said proof may be necessary 😂).
The reason I’m sharing this is not to actually document those experiences, but rather show that hangs is possible. If we never try something new, we’ll never know more and we stop learning. Why stick with something because it’s safe? Why continue something simply because it’s what you know? Why are we as a society so scared of the unknown and trying something new?
I for one understand firsthand how AMAZING it feels to simply let go and just try. Not only my small weekend experiences, but in my health and overall wellness, in making new life-long friendships through social media, in working to create freedom for myself. The best phrase I’ve ever heard is “You don’t know what you don’t know.”, and WOW is that spot on! #kenziereagan#stepuptostandout
#ArmyReserve#Soldiers of 919th Inland Cargo Transportation Company have tow and lift capabilities, and got the opportunity to showcase their abilities on Fort Eustis when they assisted an active duty unit on post that had one of their vehicles and water buffalo stuck in the mud. The vehicle and the water buffalo was pulled out in no time. The 919th ICTC are out of #Saginaw , #Michigan and belong to the 645th RSG. Photos courtesy of Sgt. Francisco Tello. #103ESC
Modding a Saginaw gearbox for a SAS Duramax. I’ve found the newer Saginaw pumps on the Duramax engines can easily power hydro assist with a ram and cooler, along with the hydro boost braking system with no modifications no problem.
