“If a building becomes architecture, then it is art.”- Arne Jacobsen
——————————————————————— Here’s a shot I took last Saturday on a shoot out in Plymouth. I photograph Plymouth quite a lot as I tend to around that area most weekends and I am always looking for new locations to shoot! So we decided to walk around Plymouth University campus and give that a go! ———————————————————————
I can defiantly admit that I underestimated this area a lot as I was blown away with the architecture of the buildings and how cool they looked for photos! I will defiantly be back to capture even more here as we were only shooting for half an hour or so! ———————————————————————
Also I cannot fault the performance of @thepeoplesponcho #thepeoplesponcho lately, whether your a student walking around the university campus and need something easy to quickly put on and stay dry or a hiker who spends most of their time in unpredictable conditions or even a cyclist, you cannot go wrong with the 12,000 mm waterproofing from these ponchos! They also make a great wind shield with the windproof material that is used!
🔥NEW SINGLE OUT FRIDAY🔥
Guys! My second single “Home” drops on Friday and with each song I complete, I get more excited about this project! This song was born out of one of the most difficult moments of my life. When life seemed at its worst, I sat on my porch at 2am with a glass of @whistlepigwhiskey #oldworld and wrote this song. It’ll be two years next month since I wrote this song and it still holds a special place in my heart and reminds me that life is a journey and thankfully we don’t have to stay in those rough places. The photo I used for this song is by a fantastic photographer and an even more fantastic friend, @devinbalramphoto we’ve always been kindred spirits, and our experiences have bonded us even more over the last few years. I sincerely hope you enjoy this one, guys. ✌🏻
Trying to pretend this was a proper #lunch - #rye bread, goat #cheese & israeli-arabic #salad . I’ve spent all day in bed with slightly high temperature and zero energy. I’ve tried eating healthy but preparing food made me very tired. I’m really hoping that I’ll get better soon - until then, I’m trying to rest as much as I can

I say this a lot, but beauty really is around every corner! This red-tailed hawk seems to follow me around town. Seriously, I see him (or her) perched on my kids’ basketball net, ambling up my front walkway, flying overhead, and here, taking a snooze on this sign. The ‘burbs are full of nature’s charm! 🦅
The Exile in Ryeville cocktail, found in Brad Thomas Parsons's book Bitters, is a twist on a classic Sidecar.⠀
1,5 oz rye⠀
0,5 oz Cointreau⠀
0,25 oz lemon juice⠀
0,5 oz honey syrup⠀
2 dashes Regan's orange bitters⠀
scotch (to rinse glass with)⠀
Start by running a lemon wedge around the rim of a glass and sprinkle it with demerara sugar. Put in the freezer for a short while, and after that rinse the glass with a smokey scotch. Shake the other ingredients with ice and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a thick lemon zest.⠀
The smokey rinse is rather spectacular. Even though it's just a few drops of the Scotch that actually stays in the cocktail, you can definitely taste it. ⠀
And we think whisky blends really well with honey. The Penicillin cocktail is a classic example of that, but also this cocktail proves the point.⠀
