Let's talk about food first.
I have been vegan for a long time and since day one I always had the curious thoughts about eating raw. Now that my 95% of my diet consists in raw food I regret I did not do before. Eating raw as a lot of great benefits for your body and let me tell you I get them all. I never , never had so much energies before. Can we also say I never get panic attacks anymore, my mood is great mostly and I sleep better. I cut off tofu down to 1 a week but I tried it raw and I liked it too. I do not eat processed food besides tofu 1 in a while. I avoid sugars, I quit alcohol, I don't smoke anymore. No pasta, no pizza, no bread, My asthma is 90% gone. I don't get migraines anymore. Barely have a period or cramps. I don't feel scared anymore I am brave and I changed a lot, since 6 months ago. What did I do? I clicked on a link on FB and applied for a 6 weeks challenge thinking it was a scam. Guess what? It was not. I got into the program and started my journey. The Best decision ever. I feel a new woman. I have so much confidence, I am strong and I wanna keep pushing and get to the best me. I am also spreading veganism and it is amazing. I work out and I get my self daily challenge and I started running. Me? Running? The gym and work outs had saved my life coming from a bad 2017. I am deeply thankful to have found psychosomatic fitness and all the people involved! My trainers and my new gym friends. It is amazing to see how our minds control our lives! To the next 6 months and a better me ! 💪💕

If you are trying to lose weight (aka drop fat %) you need an energy deficit of at least 1000kcal per day, everyday. This will result in 700 - 800g of fat loss per week.
Exercise alone is not enough to lose weight. You have to also consider your diet & total daily energy intake. Controlled eating combined with regular exercise will help to maintain an adequate energy deficit. Remember too that consistency is key.
