I don’t think I’ve had salad as much as I have these last few weeks. The funny part is that I feel more fueled up now than when I used to cram the turkey burgers all the time. "it's TOO cold in the morning to workout" .....so put on a damn sweater & get moving!! I used to be THAT girl who used it's too cold/it's too hot as an excuse not to workout 🙄 you know what happened?? Not a damn thing, that's what happened! I stayed the same, kept the extra weight & unhealthy habits. Took some time for me to realize that would get me nowhere
Now if it's too cold I put on a sweater, turn on the heat & take a second longer to warm up. If it's too hot I blast my fan & hydrate. No more excuses cus if I were to sit around & wait until it was a "perfect" condition to workout in I'd be exactly where I was & going NOWHERE!
