This is a perfect meal for when you’re too lazy to cook or have no time as all you have to do is add all ingredients into a big pot and then wait for it to cook for ~30 minutes! Perfect for days like today when I’ve been out of the house for 11 hours 🙈Had my first day of scuba diving training and it was so cool! Thank goodness I was in the pool all day today because it’s 0C outside and I really didn’t want to turn into an icicle ❄️ The fun continues tomorrow 🙃 Also really tired now after a long day of diving 😴
Simple dinners are the best, especially after a long day walking around town 🙌🏼 tonight we had paprika roast potatoes, hazelnut tofu, sweet corn & broccoli on a lot of shredded lettuce 🥗 The hazelnut tofu is really good, Violet ate half the packet before we even sat down to eat 🙄😂

I was really proud of myself while on #springbreak because usually when I’m away from home I just tend to snack a lot, eat out wayyy to much, + skip my workouts. Luckily our hotel had a full kitchen so that definitely helped. I lived off of oatmeal, potatoes, + frozen veggies for most of the trip. I felt soooo much better, both physically + mentally, doing this + I was still able to enjoy my vacation. 🤗🤗 also #rawtill4#diet#update I am taking a break from it for now (probably just 2 weeks) to give my body a change + see what happens. Plus I just really enjoy rice + potatoes + don’t wanna restrict myself so right now I’m just focusing on eating whole plant foods 😋🌱💓

Was uns wirklich ausmacht, kann man nicht mit Materialen aufwiegen. Unser wahrer Wert ist nur mit dem Herzen sichtbar.
Wie gehst Du mit anderen Menschen um? Ist es Dir egal, wenn Du jemanden verletzt? Setzt Du Deine Bedürfnisse vor das Leben eines Tieres? Eines anderen Menschen? Wie gehst Du mit Deinen Eltern um? Wann hast Du zuletzt Liebe gegeben? Wann zuletzt aus tiefstem Herzen gelacht? Was bringt Dich zum Weinen und warum?

Hy everybody 🙋 Happy New Year 🎉 I hope you had a good start into 2018 😊 Mine was fantastic since one of my best friends decided to get married on NYE 😊 The party was amazing, but now I'm back in Belgium, busy at work 😄 The next 2 weeks will be pretty stressful, but that's ok because afterwards I'm going on vacation 🙌 I'll tell you more about it in another post 😊
But let's talk about this mouthwatering bruschetta 😊 They are easily prepared and super delicious 😊 And also, they fit my plan to share more savory food in 2018 💚 You may have noticed it already in the past weeks, there will be less fruit platters, but more pizzas, pasta, burger, etc in the next months 😊 I thought it's time for some changes...I hope you like it 😊

Ever wonder what your body
does with the food you eat? .
The cells of your body use the food you eat to do three important jobs: provide energy, make new cells, and repair old cells. The carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals in the food you eat are broken down into tiny particles, or molecules, which are the materials your body needs to carry out these jobs.
Carbohydrates give your body the main energy it needs for your muscles and nerves to work, and to build and repair your body tissues. Fats give you energy too, in fact, more than twice as much energy as carbohydrates. Your body uses fats for energy and growth. But some people eat too much fat and do not burn up all the fats they eat this extra fat is then stored in the body and the person becomes overweight. The job of proteins in your diet includes repairing damaged body cells, building new tissues, and helping you fight disease.
Vitamins in foods help you keep your skin healthy, your bones strong, your nerves functioning, and your red blood cells forming.Minerals also help your body grow. Your teeth and bones depend on them; your blood needs them to clot; and your digestive juices use them in their work.

This insight helps them to understand why having too little of certain important dietary nutrients can lead to low energy levels, poor sleep patterns, early aging, and even disease.
