#innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing 5.5 Cleanser!
What it is:
A water soluble cream/foam cleanser with a pH level of around 5.5. Very thick and viscous consistency at first that transforms into a soft and creamy foam. Smells orangey, as it contains orange peel oil.
💙 Contains blueberry fruit extract, allantoin.
💙 Free from artificial colors and artificial fragrance, parabens, phenoxyethanol, PEGs, alcohol, mineral oil and 14 other potentially harmful or irritating ingredients.
💙 Contains citric acid, orange peel oil and lavender oil which can be irritating for certain (sensitive) skin types.
Why do I like it?
Solid performance at a fair price - you may not expect HG level greatness from this. It won’t transform your skin or something just because it claims that it is “rich in antioxidants” (is it at all?!) but it does its job - which is cleansing my face - quite well. It doesn’t irritate my skin or cause redness and it’s also not stripping my (dry) skin. And it’s super affordable at the same time (100ml = 5,000₩ = 3.80€ = 4.60$). You can’t do much wrong with this, unless you’re sensitive to essential oils or anything else in the ingredients list.
What could be better?
👉 Stings a bit in the eyes (I know I’m not supposed to rub this in my eyes but... it just happens to me all the time 🙄😂)
👉 Smell - says blueberry but doesn’t smell like blueberry at all which is absolutely OK, but would be way better if they left out the orange peel oil - it really makes it smell a bit mehh...
I personally like this Blueberry line from Innisfree a lot - the toner and the sunscreen are also quite good and affordable options. Let me know in comments what you think! Have a beautiful Tuesday! 💋
🇺🇸🇬🇧Can someone take me back to Disneyland please?😭Btw, my Japan Vlog is now up! If you didn’t check it out yet, link is in bio :D

Catching up today with Day 13’s topic: HG! I feel like I’ve shared my holy grail #sheetmasks a bunch, so I decided to use a new mask by an HG brand - @maskingdom360
Previously I’ve mainly used masks from #Maskingdom ’s Chinese Medi line, which is 😍 This time, I’m using this Extra Firming Mask with plant auxins. Ingredients include soybean oil, caffeine, CoQ10 & hyaluronic acid. There’s likely additional plant extracts in there, but I just didn’t recognize them by name. It claims to reduce wrinkles & tighten skin.
The fit of this was great once I made a few cuts around the nose area. The mask material was thin, which helped. I wasn’t a fan of the scent, which was a perfumey type of earthy - but it wasn’t awful either. The essence was thin & clear & there was so much of it that the mask was dripping!
I left this on for almost an hour & it hadn’t dried much. The essence dried down easily & wasn’t tacky. After I took this mask off, my face felt nicely moisturized & slightly more firm. I can’t say I saw any dramatic changes in my wrinkles though 😂 It’s so hard to have a product like a sheet mask produce true anti-aging results, when it’s only on for a short time! That’s why I tend to look for hydrating or soothing masks. Overall, this mask was fine, but it wouldn’t land in my HG pile. The brand Maskingdom is still at the top of my list, though 👍
This mask seems to be discontinued as I couldn’t easily find it online. But there is a Maskingdom Guava & Black Tea #antiaging Mask on @beautibi for $5.
What types of products do you look for to combat the signs of aging? Thanks to @symishi @littleemptybottles & @strangecertainty for hosting this #skincarechallenge ! #abbeatthealgorithm#kbeautybloggers#rasianbeauty#sheetmask
💧 Mini Review on the iUNIK Vitamin Hyaluronic Acid Vitalizing Toner 💧
🖤 My Skin Type is Sensitive/Combination that trends towards Oily, and I live in a Desert Climate. 🌵
📝 Star Ingredients: Sodium Hyaluronate (45%), Hippophae Rhamnoides Fruits (Sea Buckthorn) Extract (5%), Niacinamide, Rooibos Extract, Licorice Extract
I've got to hand it to iUNIK, this gel type toner is a delight to use and this bottle is going to last me for the longest time.
Needing only one tip of the bottle and using just what comes out of the pin-hole stopper is the perfect amount for my face.
The toner is both colorless out of the bottle and fragrance free, the latter being great for the days I'm handling a migraine or coming down from one.
Absorbs like a dream and leaves my skin feeling plump, hydrated, and looking just a bit brighter.
There's no tackiness or residue left behind, just happy skin ready for the next step in my routine.
Toners are among my favorite products and truthfully I'll have around five different types open at any given time.
This toner is great for both a single layer during the day or multiple layers at night.
For myself I only do four layers at most, that's just my preference, and I notice my skin feels thoroughly hydrated especially after long days out in these dry conditions. 🏜
Also worth noting that this doesn't make my oily skin seem to get shinier through the day, so that's a bonus. .
This product was gifted to me by iUNIK for review, but as always these are my experiences.
Everyone's skin is different and my experiences may not necessarily be yours. 🖤

"Posting my post-workout PM skincare routine today, since I was too wiped out to do it last night 😅⠀
I finally made it to a fitness class after a couple of weeks of being too busy to go, and it definitely kicked my butt 😝 I like to treat myself after a good workout, whether that’s a sheet mask, a nap, or, in this case, all-over exfoliation and using my favorite Kiehls body lotion. It’s my way of rewarding myself for working out in a way that doesn’t undo my progress 🏃⠀
In other news, my skin is recovering nicely from my failed attempt at adding retinol! I’ll definitely try again, but I’ll be more patient next time! I also forgot to add my cleansing steps into the photo, but I double-cleansed to take off my sunscreen!⠀

I’ve been really enjoying these products from @e.acwell recently. The toner especially seems to hydrate and clarify my skin a lot. I’ll be looking to try some more of their products. Which products do you recommend?
