It was awesome to also meet a few of the people I stalk on Instagram and feed off the incredibly positive vibe all damn day! I don’t think I’ve seen so many happy people in one spot! Woooooh
I made a lot of excuses today and almost didn’t make it to the gym. It finally happened but it was the least energy I’ve had under the bar in a long time. Maybe I didn’t eat enough today? Or my sleep wasn’t as restful as I thought it was? Who knows. I didn’t push myself too hard because I am a big believer that you need to listen to your body (always hard to tell the difference between tired and lazy though, ya feel me?🤷♀️) Either way, it’s in the books. When I am feeling too tired I usually do more upper body in my conditioning because movements that involve larger muscle groups (glutes, hamstrings, quads) tend to knock the wind out of you much quicker.
