Keto pumpkin pecan cinnamon rolls with maple cream cheese frosting. 4g net carbs (pecans, cream cheese and pumpkin), 437 calories, 23g protein, 33g fat.
I candied the pecans with a bit of water and srikin gold brown sugar. I doubled the cream cheese and forgot about it while it whipped, so not only is there double cream cheese I made it extra frothy by mistake.
One thing right with this one is the insides are gooey and soft. I managed to not over bake these, they baked for 20 minutes and 325 and I turned them twice (14min, 18min.) Changes from the original recipe:
Sub cinnamon for pumpkin pie spices.
Reduce almond milk by 60g, add pumpkin
Sub milk in frosting for 90g sugar free maple syrup
3 oz pecans, candied
