There’s a difference between the physical inability to do something, and the ability to do something with ease + comfort. It hurts? 🔥 You’re shaking? 💦 You’re breathing heavy? 💨 It sucks? 💀 Good 👍🏼 You’re giving your body something to ADAPT to 💪🏼
We can’t expect to get stronger + faster + more powerful if we keep on doing the same thing. We can’t expect our bodies [and minds 🧠] to change if our actions don’t.
But Al, what do I do? 🤷🏼♀️
Seek #failure , it’s your limit. Your threshold for #progress . 🤜🏼 Try new things. Try more + more new things until you fail. Dust yourself off. Fix your ponytail. And try again. Keep trying and failing until you succeed. Then repeat.
Change ✨ Experiment ✨ Challenge ✨ Pick up a heavier weight. Pick up a taller box. Pick up the pace. Pick up a new class. You are so much more capable than you know... and chances are you don’t know because you haven’t tried 💯
