There’s nothing cute or pretty about this post-workout selfie but oh whale 🐳 That means I had a killer workout 💁🏼♀️ The endorphins this morning were real. 😁There is seriously NO better way to start the day than sweating out all of my stress and anxiety in the gym & taking time to invest in MYSELF. 💗 (Also - I’m slowly feeling comfortable being in just my sports bra again. Trying to work through this transition one day at a time. 🤗 )Time for another crazy day & I wouldn’t want it any other way! Pretty freaking happy with my life rn.

Here’s a nice little movement prep drill to fire up the whole body and also bulletproof those shoulders. The key is to actively push into the box, keep the hips and shoulders square and lock down the lumbar spine. I’m not saying food shouldn’t be enjoyed, but once you take a step back and actually look at how much food infiltrates our lives for more reasons than just survival, you’ll begin to understand how this is such a huge ISSUE!
▪️Change your thinking about food....change your thoughts about food....change your relationship with food! Honestly it’s up to you to do it cause no one is going to do it for you! Once you change the way you view food, everything actually becomes more enjoyable! Your “diet” food becomes fuel, your cheat or refeed foods become fuel, your fuel turns into results! I’m not saying don’t enjoy it, but there is far more to life than food and the people that say the best part of life is food are sadly.....sadly mistaken!
