I picked up rosemary and seasalt focaccia and I added sun-dried tomatoes, with spinach and a little drizzle of balsamic vinegar 👌🏼 a wee bit boring but tomorrow I’ll be cooking up a proper vegan dinner🍴 •

I had two Quinoa and Amaranth spelt crackers topped with 1 medium avocado, 100g smoked salmon and a side salad.
