Omg!!! 😮 found some lift-off in my arch nemesis pose! 🎉@sissygerber @magistrap adding the strap to keep my arms tucked in made a huge difference! (ps totally agree that it’s a balance and not a strength challenge! Once you’re up there it’s easy-breezy!) @cyogalab #winnerinnerbalance Day 16 ⚖️🤸♀️ #padmamayurasana#peacockpose#armbalance#lotus

A smig from last night’s practice. We’ve got some new songs in the works. Who knows, maybe we’ll record and release them for once in our lives 😅 Oh we might have another show soonish! That’s always fun! @j.krow @itslindsayb
2. #rabbitinheadlights : I thought I'd post one of these each week as I get more comfortable in this space which is in many ways more awkward for me than on the street. I forgot to post. From two weeks ago when I thought I could practice things like swinging my hoop at arm's length. It was first time there w my Disco Corn hoop from @hoophugs and! I have a discount urbanflowerpot10 for 10% 🎀✨ #thedailyhoop#hoophugs
#WannaPress ? I got your DAY 7 Drills: Lowering down SLOW! Learning to float your way down will surely help you to Press back up.
Practice pikes, tucks, landing (not crashing) in arm balances.
Same muscles we turned on in the plank work today. Engage and protract those shoulders. Strong core connection: belly suctioned to spine and keeping the hips rolled back over the hips for as long as possible to slow it all down and float! You got this! You can also use a wall to slow down. A strap to keep the arms straight and engaged but the best way is just free form and lots of practice! #practiceandalliscoming#practicemakesprogress#practicepracticepractice

☀️ Only so much can be done in a single day. Don’t try to do it all.
A little bit every day goes a long way, just look at the way the elements shape the world around us in nature.
Patience and persistence will pay off big time!
